What is software?

When some collection of instructions or small programs work together to perform a particular task then we can call them together a software.
A software is such a part of a hardware that can make the hardware follow the user’s instructions. Like the Car making hardware follow the instructions of the engineers through the software environment to make or design a car. We can print data/information using a printer or play our sound-box. Without a software it wouldn’t be possible. So, Software makes hardware workable.
There are two types of software available they are system software and application software.
